Aegis recognizes that no two facilities are the same, so our training programs are customized to meet each client’s unique goals and needs. Our classes are designed to ensure that your training goes beyond just meeting state and federal regulations. We will cover all topics that are mandated but want to focus on the areas that are of particular interest and importance to the work you do. The goal is to make sure our classes are interesting and informative so people do not dread “training week”. Prior to designing a class, we like to visit the site and learn about your facility to understand your areas of concern and make sure the training addresses your safety issues.
